Recently, I’ve seen a lot of buzz about U4GM offering Battlefield 6 bot lobbies, and I wanted to address some concerns I have about whether using these lobbies is considered cheating.
First off, let’s clear this up: bot lobbies are custom matches against AI-controlled enemies, which isn’t anything new in gaming. Many games offer similar options for players to practice or take a break from the intense competitive atmosphere of PvP matches. It’s not cheating to use them if you're not looking to exploit the system for unfair advantages. However, there are a few things to keep in mind when using U4GM’s bot lobbies.
The big question here is: should players be using these lobbies to farm easy rewards or progress in the game without putting in the usual work? In theory, if you’re just looking to grind for XP or unlock attachments quickly, it might feel like you’re taking a shortcut. The real problem comes if people start using these lobbies to manipulate stats or farm achievements without engaging in actual gameplay.
In my opinion, the key is to use bot lobbies for what they’re meant for – practice, casual fun, and easing into Battlefield 6's more challenging environments. If you’re abusing the system for personal gain in multiplayer settings, then that crosses a line. So, as long as you’re using the bot lobbies ethically and not as a means to inflate your stats artificially, there’s no issue with using them.
